When our mom needed medical while spending time at her second (out of state) home, she discovered that her Medicare Advantage plan no longer provided the coverage she needed. I had been given John Murray’s business card years ago and contacted him for advice. John was the best! He explained the Medicare program, coverages included in original, Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage plans. He also very quickly researched and presented a variety of Supplement plans and Prescription drug plans. He patiently and learnt answered our family’s questions on the programs and the applications. John Murray has been very helpful in every way to help me transfer to an Advantage Plan to a Supplement plan in a special election in moving to another address. Other sales reps were only in touch with you when signing you up for a plan and you never hear from them again. He provided information on different plans and you could make wise decisions without getting into something or make a mistake about inaccurate information. I also felt I could contact him in the future if questions arose.
